Inspect Damage

After arriving on-site, our technicians inspect the property to identify any damage and assess its severity. We utilize thermal cameras, moisture detection devices, and experience to locate all the damage. We can provide an estimate if necessary.

Remove Damaged Material

Next, salvageable damaged materials are removed before drying begins. These might include hardwood floors, baseboard, carpet, carpet pad, etc.

Set Up Equipment

Our team sets up the appropriate equipment to dry your home or business as fast as possible. Dehumidifiers, fans, air scrubbers — we have all the necessary equipment.

Drying & Documentation

The length of the drying and documentation phase depends on how much water there is and the size of the space affected. We monitor, track, and document the whole process.

If the damage necessitates repairs, we will then develop a scope of work and estimate.

Sign Work Authorization/Contract

Once the property owner approves the repairs, they will sign the work authorization and contract to begin work.

Next, the property owner selects materials they’d like to see in their home or business. This includes flooring, cabinets, fixtures, and more.

Complete Build Back

Once all reconstruction and repairs are complete, the property owner assesses our work. We won’t leave until you are completely satisfied.

Once your home or business are returned to its pre-loss condition, we remove all our equipment and turn over the keys.
